The attitude is terrible! You need to call every day to pick up the phone for 2 minutes, you're always unhappy, they say we'll call you back and forget. The staff is not cultured, no one knows their job.

Recently, a blonde appeared - she constantly makes some kind of jambs, gives inaccurate information, communicates rudely, is completely ignorant. (Serves taxi owners). All my attempts to "set her on the path of truth" were unsuccessful.
