Everyone has much more important things to do than sit for hours in the hallway of the clinic, waiting for the meeting at the health workers to end. Disgusting and inattentive attitude towards patients. After the ambulance arrived, it was necessary to contact the district therapist to open a hospital and get information about further treatment and examination.
As a result:
-Treatment - a list of medications, as for previous patients with similar symptoms. The only difference is the dosage.
-The sick list is open with a diagnosis of acute respiratory viral infection (information from the polyclinic ambulance staff received a hypertensive crisis, high blood pressure, not fever)
- A day later, an ambulance is called again and the patient is already receiving treatment in the hospital, this could have been avoided if not for the negligent attitude of the clinic staff.
According to this fact, we are forced to send an appeal to the health department, this is not the first case only on the example of one patient.
