I completely agree with Natalia B. I have completely completed the path of paperwork described by her. I came to receive ready-made documents, and in response to me, according to the new law, hand over the documents in a new way, having previously taken a ticket to visit the MFC, But I have been fishing for the coupon on the Internet for some night, I do not sleep, I create inconvenience for my family, and in response: "For the chosen service, no free dates have been found for an appointment." And how long will it last? As for the staff, there are no words at all-it's clear the remnants of the Ukrainian past, but when I brought my mother, who is 89 years old and a resident of besieged Leningrad, to the MFC for paperwork, they told us that no one had heard anything about this benefit and we had to stand on the street in a general queue. How's that? In general, everything is bad. The government is trying to make people's lives a little easier, but this is not visible on the ground.

The IFC across Russia was created in order to make life easier for people. But it's everywhere except Melitopol. There are absolutely incompetent people working in this institution, they don't know anything. I need an extract from the EGRN, because my plots have already been assigned a cadastral number (I found out about this in Moscow when I tried to apply for registration), to which I was given the answer that they could not give me such data anywhere except Melitopol and I need to apply for this cadastral number. I wish this was the first time I needed to do unnecessary things, but this is my third time applying. They couldn't immediately apply for re-registration, at first I arrived and was told that I needed to submit documents to determine that this was not ownerless land. She submitted it, and came back a month later to get the documents. It turned out that it had already been canceled, but it was still impossible to apply for registration. I applied for the "definition of the land category". We've been doing the paperwork for more than six months. I came to pick them up, they were canceled, and I need to apply for a cadastral number. But it's there!!! Of course, I could apply, but signing up for them is a quest that not everyone can complete. The recording opens at 12 a.m. in the contact community, but if the Internet is frozen, you are a couple of minutes late, then everything is already busy and you need to wait for the next midnight to try to sign up the next day. And so it can be indefinitely. Therefore, if you do not live in Melitopol, then think 300 times before going there. I was also very surprised by how people are allowed in there. The MFC is a large room, but the whole queue is outside, it doesn't matter to anyone: rain, snow or 50-degree heat in summer, they are allowed in only when the girl at the reception desk is free. They're probably afraid that she'll get completely lost without knowing anything. And this is definitely not for security purposes, metal detectors and military personnel check personal belongings at the entrance. Conclusion: The MFC in Melitopol is designed to create difficulties for people, so that people become stronger by overcoming all this.
