The first time I decided to try it, I left it at the night car wash with the Lux salon, I come in the morning: the rear-view mirror is torn off in the cabin and the light bulbs somehow fell out (attached photo). The receptionist treated it as due, said "Your mirror fell off" and they didn't give you any compensation, they didn't give you a free car wash. As a result, it turned out that the mirror was torn off at the ends and had to pay more for repairs than a car wash and lose the car for a day. And the quality of the sink is not the best. In general, never come here.

I don't drive often, but for the last 2 car washes (the Lux complex), I have to ask employees to fix flaws: there are stains on the windows, the panels are not well wiped, the carpet in the trunk is upside down, there are stains on the body, supposedly indelible, but with an ordinary cloth without a remedy, I remove 3 spots in half a minute... there are pieces of ice on the thresholds. I was satisfied with the last two car washes.

We ordered a luxury suite, they didn't clean the trunk until they said (supposedly there were a lot of things there, but there weren't many) and initially they said that the trunk was not included in the cleaning.In the end, upon presentation, the trunk was removed, which is included in the suite.The glass inside is dirty anyway. In general, I do not recommend it, unless it is some kind of ordinary complex, since they do not do what is included in their suite.Everything is very superficial.
