After waiting for 10 minutes, I decided to leave the keys to the administrator and leave. They told me to pick it up at 17.00. I arrived at 17.00, the car is not ready. The car wasn't ready until 5:45 p.m. No one even apologized. It's terrible, not another foot.

The receptionist looks back at the number of cars/cleaners and says "40-50 minutes". Funny, he left. I don't know how they wash it, and I won't find out. But the 8 a.m. appointment is a divorce. They are not ready to work from 8. They are relaxed, and it doesn't matter to them that someone has everything scheduled by the minute.

Then Cyril the cleaner ran out. His quote: "so it's winter outside, the water is frozen in the openings, how can I dry them?" at the same time, a sink with drying of openings and purging is ordered. There was no "excuse me" or any other remarks except "well, they eliminated it right now." The wing is not clean (with such an attitude, I did not say, otherwise it will scratch more… Total: the quality of the work is extremely low, they do not know how to admit mistakes, Kirill the cleaner is rude to customers (which is generally unacceptable)
