Some kind of auction for an apartment has begun. The price in the ad was 69,000. The maximum was offered 74,000, he wrote that she was allegedly under a deposit of 73500, and he wrote to our realtor that a relative of the seller was buying her for 71,000. I do not advise contacting this agency.

Vodchits. Be sure that if you have been given a deadline to consider buying an apartment (2 days), you will not get a call back when another client appears. We decided to buy an apartment, took time to think about it (2 days). We made a decision about the purchase, called, and it was almost sold (less than 2 days have passed), signed a contract with another buyer, the next day, and we were not notified about it. When asked why they did not call, they did not say that another buyer appeared, the answer was simple: "whoever managed to do it, the slippers." Excellent approach to clients. If I were you, I would avoid this real estate center.

As buyers, faced with the work of the agency, they lost both time, money, and nerves. The transaction did not take place, and the preliminary purchase and sale agreement was drawn up illiterate. The seller may not fulfill guarantees and obligations, because this is a "standard" contract. We have not received any counter-options to make up for our losses. There was no sense of responsibility and a desire to leave both sides of the deal satisfied. Scrupulousness and meticulousness in reading documents were not entirely welcomed, and the realtor made mistakes in drawing up agreements not only grammatical ones.
After taking the deposit, a deal was prepared for a whole month, an additional agreement was drawn up. As a result, we were simply refunded the advance, but the deal did not take place. The penalty was not paid in any amount.
In general, the impressions are the most unpleasant.

It so happened that the counter option was purchased through this agency. Unfortunately, I can't leave any positive recommendations: the work was done from the category of "cutting off" money for nothing. I just can't find any other words. Yes, the deal was not easy, very difficult. But I did not notice any more or less responsible work of the employees. I will not refer to surnames, it is unethical, but before contacting this agency, think 100 times. The information will be presented in such a way that the agency will win in any case. And the incompetent work of some employees and the lack of dialogue is something that should alert and, again, think again and choose another agency. I really don't understand why we paid 60 basic units when the work was done by 15 at most.
In the future, if you have to sell or purchase an apartment, after such an experience, it will make sense to do everything yourself, without involving the services of a legal entity.
