We just got a terrible impression on our birthday. We agreed and paid for one house, we arrived, this house is occupied, they gave it worse. The dishes are dirty, and we were just told to wash them yourself. There are no chairs. It's all covered in flies. The staff is incompetent, they don't know how to communicate with the client at all, they are rude. Not only do you pay 25 thousand for a house, they give you the wrong one, everything is dirty there and they say wash the dishes yourself (NOT FOR YOURSELF, BUT SOMEONE ELSE's). So there is also a plus fee for entry from each person. And yes, that's 50,000 tenge coming out. For what? So that we can wash the dishes ourselves? For the wrong house that was booked, but worse? Thank you for such birthday impressions. This is the first time I've written a review anywhere, but it's just not in any frame.
