I have been a client of this company for 2 years, all payments were on time, there was no delay, the rating for their organization was good, but when using this service, you need to be careful, because if you were given an advance and you partially used it, the balance can be reset at any time without any explanation, just if you have if a situation can happen when money is urgently needed, then be prepared that they will not help you. Also recently, after paying off the advance in full, there was no certificate of account closure, and the information in the BCI was also passed on, now some amount of 3000 rubles is hanging in the application and it's unclear, I don't seem to owe them anything, but nevertheless why then this advance!? There is no way to contact the support service by phone, only by e-mail now. Bottom line, in my opinion, the company is not very reliable, it will not help out in case of unforeseen circumstances.
