Be careful when ordering flowers through this company. If you want your loved one to receive a funeral bouquet instead of congratulations and support on an important day, which, as it turned out later, is also twice as cheap as the paid order, this is it! Then you will spend three hours calling the administration to solve such a hilarious situation. As an option, the administrator suggested BRINGING ANOTHER FLOWER. There are a lot of excuses for the offer to return the money and pick up the "funeral" bouquet, although it could have been done right away and not bring the situation to the point of absurdity! After several hours of bickering, the courier was blamed for confusing the order. A new bouquet has been sent, which AGAIN DOES NOT MATCH what was ordered! And all this is justified - "Well, the holidays are coming, there are a lot of orders." So the point of such a company is precisely to deliver on holidays, and not to deceive people!
The flowers are not the first freshness, by the way. The photo shows the flowers that were ordered and the bouquets that were brought. Neither the roses nor the decoration match what is offered on the site.
But both couriers, on the contrary, were very polite and attentive, sincerely trying to correct the disgusting work of the administration.
When trying to return the flowers and get the money back, MFlowers simply did not respond to calls and SMS messages and was blocked in messengers.

I ordered a bag with flowers for a friend's birthday. I picked it up from the salon myself, a very pleasant receptionist, explained how it was more convenient to drive up to the salon. In life, even flowers are even better than in the photo, and the fragrance is incredible, as an allergic person, I did not have any reaction, which is a big plus (+)!
Overall, positive impressions from this company, this is my first experience of interacting with them and I hope that it will not be the last)))

Terrible service! For a lot of money. Of the advantages, I will not put anything, because there are none! Of the cons, first of all, I was never sent a photo of the delivery. Although I asked after the delivery, I was ignored. The second is that a 1 kg cake worth 550 lei turned out to be 0.9 kg. Thirdly, the flowers are not the first freshness, at a price of 770 lei (photo attached) . And one more minus - the postcard, which was promised to be delivered without additional payment, was missing! The deliveryman himself looked as if he had climbed out of the basement, what kind of butterfly, what kind of white gloves were we talking about? In general, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM, spoil your mood and upset the person being congratulated!
