We visit Minsk often and always rent a house in the city center, for the first time we had the mistake of contacting the Molnar real estate agency.My advice is not to go there, as they rent very low-level housing for a lot of money, we have not seen worse housing. I'll start in order:1. For two months we booked an apartment at 9 Gorodskoy Val str., but 4 hours before check-in we were informed that they would not be able to check us in, since the apartment smells of gas and the only option is these apartments.Since our trip was with a 4-month-old child, we had no choice and we agreed. 2. Everything in the apartment is not serviced:a 10-liter storage boiler (3 adults and a small child) is not even enough for one person to wash, so it also leaks, the air conditioner has not been serviced since installation and we breathe it all,cutlery is probably from grandma and everything is 3 pieces,the knife is the same stupid,there are no mosquito nets in the evening a swarm of insects throughout the apartment of various varieties, I'm silent about the noise of the road outside the window.The contract stated that the landlord undertakes to fix the problems, but no one came, although it was promised.We tried to solve this problem at the agency and agreed to a partial refund, so we were offered only $ 5 or to move out. In a word, it's TERRIBLE!!!

never contact them, they take money in dollars directly from the agency, when they do not fulfill their conditions, they say they did not take anything and go to court, only after applying to the police and contacting the Minsk city executive committee they returned the money, although they had to give it back from above, according to their own agreement. We contacted the agency to select an apartment. The agent was Igor Peslyak. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the level of professionalism. I studied each apartment and told us in detail about all the features and pitfalls (and as it turned out, there are enough of them). He led every stage of the transaction from the initial inspection to the purchase. We didn't have to do ANYTHING, just choose the apartment of our dreams. When buying an apartment, you must contact the agency and only Igor Peslyak!!!

Ужасное агентство! Два раза покупали квартиры, которые продавались через них, оба раза с большими косяками, вплоть до неверного тех паспорта на квартиру. Директор вместо извинений и каких-либо предложений о помощи, смог нам только посочувствовать и сказать, что это просто не повезло)) Рыба гниет с головы! Зато очень тщательно пересчитывают деньги, которые вы им должны заплатить) Работают не прозрачно, ни разу чек нам не выдавался об оплаченных риэлторских услугах.

Обратился к знакомому риэлтору сотрудник МОЛЬНАР. Вежливый персонал, большой штат. Если бы не одно НО. В договоре указанно 3 процента от суммы сделки, по факту оплатил без малого 9 процентов. Не рекомендую. Вопрос. Неужели все фирмы работаю по такой схеме?

Продаю свою квартиру разместил объявления на нескольких сайтах где попросил не беспокоить агентства, данные кадры агентства мольнар, звонят и тероризируют по несколько раз в день. Я даже предлог али приехать с клиентом и провести сделку без договора, типа агент хочет заработать налом.

Забронировали проживание на букинге. Немига 8. Готовы были приехать по указанному адресу за ключами, чтобы заселиться в апартаменты. Сотрудники Мольнара сообщили, что по некоторым техническим причинам не могут предоставить проживание. Нас 4 человека, требовалось 3 помещения для сна, что мы и забронировали. Вместо этого сотрудники мольнара предложили нам 1комнатную квартиру с 4мя кроватями за те же деньги, но в том же доме. Бронь сами не отменяют. В букинге выписан штраф за отмену брони с моей стороны.
Просто обманывают людей!

Достаточно умеренная цена за апартаменты в центре города. Оформление комнат сделано со вкусом. В наличии практически вся бытовая техника, которая может потребоваться. Очень рекомендую для командировочных. Мы снимали двушку на двух человек, но по факту только ночевали - днём гуляли по гостеприимному городу и наслаждались жизнью.
Из минусов - однослойный стеклопакет на окнах, которые выходят на оживленную автодорогу. При закрытых окнах всё-таки слышен гул машин. Но с этим можно жить)
