I would like to leave a review about the corner leather sofa "Milan-1". The sofa is large, the corner is 3*2. The sofa was certainly not cheap, but it looked very high-quality, and it felt like it was really worth the money. However, everything turned out a little differently. It all started with the fact that after delivery, a crack was found in the wooden frame of the sofa. A part of the sofa with a crack was brought back to the store, and they, in turn, went into production. It took a while, but eventually the problem was solved. They treated this moment with understanding and did not jump to conclusions, but in vain... After a year of operation, strange things began to happen to the skin on some elements. Small cracks appeared. There were more and more of them. After a while, in fact, the skin began to simply collapse, while the neighboring skin elements looked like new. The furniture was operated very carefully. Realizing that we were dealing with an obvious marriage, there was no doubt that we would solve the problem with a guarantee. But by mistake, they postponed this moment, realizing that it was still far from over. Unfortunately, our rhythm of life led to the fact that we turned to the store only after the end of the warranty period, being a month late. But even in this situation, there was confidence that the manufacturer would confirm the obvious defect and offer some kind of solution to the problem, given that this is one of the most expensive sofas in the most expensive leather group. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Not only was the response to the appeal given in violation of the response time, it also contained just a formal refusal, with reference to the expiration of the warranty period. I would like to warn potential buyers against buying this sofa model! I strongly do not recommend buying! It's just wasted money. A sofa in this price range should serve for many years. But this is definitely not about the sofa from the Fashion house "Milan-1".
