Chairman Otegen Kainyshevich is a real mafioso. Owns several KSCS, one of which is this one and another Maksat. He steals in a black way, ignores calls and requests from the KSK. Some residents have not seen him in person, as he never comes to meetings. It does not provide reports, nothing at all! What a cad! He keeps his house in a disgusting state.
