Good evening. We bought an anniversary bouquet at your store on Friday evening. The bouquet was beautifully packaged, as soon as we arrived home, we started pruning the stems of the flowers, the flowers immediately crumbled, the packaging was removed, rotten flowers were inside. We pay money not just for beautiful packaging, but for the product itself, and we would like to see something worthwhile. Not a flower that's covered in mold
