Excellent cuisine, both for salads and second courses, staff for 5+, the atmosphere is very calm, on the second floor there is a large children's playground sharing the floor with a hall where parents can sit and eat. In general, I advise you to visit. Prices are almost the same as everywhere else, maybe 10-20 thousand for a salad or a simple dish.

Everything is very expensive. The staff is not the most polite. We tried to book a table for the evening for two. We received a refusal. Apparently, only the elite can have dinner there.
They came the second time after the fact. The room is empty, the waiter has not come up. It was a child's birthday on the top floor and everyone was busy with this event, no one had time to take our order. After only 20 minutes, they deigned to approach. The portions are small. The most delicious are desserts. It's worth walking for them.
There is also a salon there. They use expensive and high-quality cosmetics. The staff is more polite and friendly. It feels like I've fallen into two different dimensions

Alcohol is not sold, but you can bring it with you (waiters can even buy it at a nearby store). There are even diapers for babies, creams and powders in the women's restroom! Solid 5+++

The price tag for food is above average, there are all sorts of wonderful dishes, but sometimes not everything is available. Pizza with pear and gorgonzola is sickly sweet (it was normal six months ago). A paid game room, but with an animator (50,000 per hour).
Minus a star for 20% service. Moreover, they wind up on the game room too. It pisses me off in Tash.

Mona's restaurant, as it is everywhere today, has its big disadvantages. Of all that this restaurant has, it's just the name Mona and that's it. The guards are rude and rude to everyone. Except for what kind of car you have and how much you're willing to leave. Prices are much higher than average. The whole staff is almost like security. I do not recommend this place.
