The cafe sucks completely! The price does not match the quality offered in the establishment. About the service, I can say that it is "at the highest level", I did not like the kitchen at all (it was not delicious) and the products were not fresh. There's no way I'm going to this place anymore! I've been to many different establishments and there's something to compare yours to, yours is at the lowest level in terms of cuisine, service, and ceiling (chandelier) design...

Not a bad karaoke club. A large selection of songs. We were on a Friday evening, not crowded. They sang from the bottom of their hearts. Large dance floor, pleasant atmosphere. The food didn't match the price tag a bit, for that kind of money I wanted something more delicious. But Caesar salad has sunk into my soul! It was very tasty! Excellent service!

The deposit per person is only 40 rubles, which is a small amount for a Saturday evening, despite the fact that we stayed here until the morning. Special respect to the administrator, a very courteous and hospitable young man who really helped us create the atmosphere of the evening. The waiters are super and deserve respect for their work, they work with gloves and a mask, it couldn't help but admire, they were sincerely interested in whether everything was fine with us +++ The only drawback is cocktails. We expected more for that amount, but it couldn't spoil our night out. I would like to come here again, at least for the sake of a cozy atmosphere and staff service. Sooooooooo strange place. We were here with a group of friends. It took a long time to figure out the queue of karaoke, two microphones for the company, one song, then the next ones sing. This is all fine, this is how it happens in most karaoke, but the rating is poor solely because of the service. They carried everything for a very long time, even when they asked about specific timings - they were exceeded several times, and it doesn't matter if it's a bar or a kitchen. The cocktails are just disgusting, Long Island is just a complete mess. When they left the establishment, there were ladies who had been punched extra positions in the check. They were given a book of complaints and suggestions without some pages (perhaps not real?). So there are a lot of questions, the impression is super strange. It seems to be an application for pathos in the interior and these secluded tables, but in fact the quality of cocktails / dishes and service leave much to be desired.

I'm not thrilled. Only the presenter works perfectly. The equipment is good, the list of songs is large. The staff is polite, there are no complaints. BUT the establishment is not cheap (although the entourage resembles a "disco of the 90s") dishes and snacks are supposed to be at the price tag of establishments with author's cuisine. Only in other establishments there is table service, when the waiter not only brings a bottle, but also pours drinks (at least for the first time). The champagne was brought already open and without bubbles (if anything, 35p and not "Soviet"). It's strange somehow to remind the waiter that you need to open all the bottles in front of the guests. When paying, the prepayment was not taken into account and the impression was that they wanted to deceive us (maybe they will forget). In general, if you decide to go there, sing songs and drink beer. And it's better to have a delicious meal and drink somewhere else.

We were a company of 7 people. The setting is approx. It's a little loud, you can hardly hear the person sitting next to you. Food - taking into account the load, I had to wait 1.5 hours. For a hot dish, it's understandable, but for a salad... It's the first time I've seen this. The most terrible thing is at the exit. We give numbers to the cloakroom attendants, to which they say: "look for your coat." What is this???? Where are you looking at the manual? So I can choose any one? Then why the numbers? To my question "Why should I look for my own clothes?", I was given the enchanting answer "We are not responsible for anything here!" In general, I will not set foot in this institution anymore and I will not advise others.

The toilet is in terrible condition, they approached the administrator twice with a request to clean it, but they were not heard. When you come in advance and make an advance payment, you want to see a different attitude, and not a confident "you did not confirm the table, and we gave it to other people." Fortunately, we quickly figured out that we were just confused, and the table was waiting for us, in the corner at the bar where another person is sitting on a bar stool right above you. After quite lengthy negotiations with the administrator, the table was still changed (initially they did not want to, because they expected a company for 7 people to be on the next free one, which did not show up at all))) And I had to wait at least another 30 minutes for the pre-order, the question is why I had to do it at all. A surprise was also promised for the birthday girl, which was probably just forgotten, although a note about it was made in the magazine. In general, complete disappointment and a spoiled mood. The place used to be much better.

A TERRIBLE PLACE WITH DISGUSTING SERVICE We recently went to celebrate a corporate party, we were sitting at a table on the lower floor. The waiters couldn't be reached. Let's go order cocktails at the bar above. We ordered 10 cocktails, we are waiting, but there are none. As a result, it turns out that the bartender lost! the order is for 200+ rubles. BUT he took the money! In general, our order was never fulfilled, we made 2 cocktails as an "apology". Normally, we got 2 cocktails. Then, when we brought the bill at the end of the evening, we discovered that the same cocktails were included in the bill!!! A complete DIVORCE from the institution. The most unpleasant impression of the place, although it used to be quite good. It's a pity you can't give 0 stars, or even a minus rating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
