The hotel is small, compact, but the room itself was spacious, zoned with a partition into a bedroom and a living room, quite pleasant. The biggest advantage in the hotel is the receptionist named Medet, who is as friendly, helpful and attentive as possible. Practically, he worked every day, but he was always in a good mood, did not show fatigue, went forward, helped with tips and hints. But actually there were quite a lot of "joints" in the hotel, so we can't put a five in any way. Firstly, the linen on one bed was absolutely wet, I can't even call it wet, it was wet. Secondly, there were no light bulbs in the chandelier in the toilet, in the floor lamp in the living room. Thirdly, there was no mini-bar, it was obvious that it had been standing before. At our request, it was brought to us. Well, and fourthly, rather poor breakfasts, monotonous.

It was only after the second call to the prescription that they were able to send the bartender with towels so that she could dry the floor. the set of detergents wants the best, only at a minimum, there are no bathrobes. The staff is polite, but the maid stole the chargers from her husband, which she forgot in the room. But since we also had a second room, when we returned to the hotel we were asked about the chargers, she hid from the administration both about the left bottle of beer and about the chargers. The beer bottle was returned, although it was not needed. And the administrator told us the chargers, as he said, they are now looking in the trash, but we already need to go to the airport. We were told that chargers are expensive in Kazakhstan. The administrator justified everything to the maid, like he has been working for many years and so on. But she's a thief, she hid from the administration about beer and chargers. Since the road was going to be long, my chargers did not fit my husband's iPad, iPhone and watch, it was problematic. Moreover, we had to travel another 600 km by car to the navigator in the iPhone. I didn't count on my phone during the trip and I didn't connect roaming. These are the problems thieves can create, realizing that they are tied to departures. There is no desire to return to this hotel for the second time because of the results of the work of the staff. The breakfast is so-so, you can eat, you won't leave hungry. But rather modestly. The customer service wants the best. I don't even know how you can be so polite and deceitful, thievish. The rooms are spacious, the staff is attentive, the breakfasts are modest , monotonous , but we did not stay hungry. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops nearby, and in principle it is not far from all the attractions. I would like the management to pay attention to the plumbing in the rooms. I had to move to another room, because there was a plug stuck in the bathroom and Nick couldn't get it out, in another room the water in the bathroom just drained badly, it looks like a blockage. For the entire time , the accommodation has not been cleaned . There were also problems with television. The channels were not available for some time , we had to wait a long time for the staff to fix the problems . But in general , the hotel is decent enough , I recommend it 👍

Отличное сочетание цены и качества. Брал номер полулюкс, он был по цене почти такой же как и стандарт. Очень просторный номер и очень просторный санузел. Приятный интерьер. Персонал очень приятный и вежливый был. Завтраки по системе шведский стол немного скромноваты, но в целом не портит впечатление.

Приятный отельчик, недалеко от консульства США, заявлено 4 звезды, но считаю, что не совсем отвечает данной категории. Номера да, просторные, санузел большой, халат, тапочки и прочее, вежливый персонал , но завтрак оставляет желать лучшего, нет даже черного хлеба, один тостовый хлеб. Еда невкусная, дешевая, нет разнообразия. Хотя на фото на букинге завтрак выглядит очень красиво , но это только на фото. Мебель изрядно попользована в номере, но сотрудники стараются, как могут сделать все для клиента. Если вам на пару дней, то можно выбирать этот отель.

Добротный отель, место красивое, номер просторный, мягкий уголок в номере. Нет холодильника и освещения у кровати, выключатель только у входа, в торшере и светильнике в ванной не было лампочек. И ну огорчил завтрак - совершенно холодный, на яичнице прям корочка засохла. Персонал очень доброжелательный.

Месторасположение хорошее, номера большие, но в номерах недокомплект, все приходится просить: чайник , фен, воду и т.д. Звукоизоляция отсутствует, слышно все, что говорят и происходит за стеной или наверху, особо приятно, когда ты заснул , а тебе практически в ухо зарядник включают, в китайских часах пришлось вынуть батарейку, так как невозможно под это тикание спать. Завтраки плохие, все холодное, приборы не подогревают, какой ассортимент увидели другие гости не знаю, очень скудно, соусов нет в принципе, из выпечки холодные блины, иногда пирожки с яблоком, но не всегда. Обслуживание на завтраке, обнять и плакать, пока завтракали все пять столов как были не убраны, так и остались, но на кухне что/ то громко обсуждали. Это не 4 звезды, слабенькие три:(

Кухня хорошая очень. Все вкусно. Особенно плов с кус-кус.Повару большой респект. Сидели в зале караоке. Все супер.

Звезда за то, что отзывчивый персонал на ресепшне: помогли заказать доставку еды. Звезда за интерьер, и ещё одна за близость к центру города.
Из минусов можно отметить постельное белье и полотенца с пятнами, в номере не вытирают пыль, в последний день сломался кондиционер. На протяжении трёх дней при принятии ванны все протекало на пол. На завтрак все три дня подавали испорченное мясо курицы (нарезка), а также несвежую выпечку.

Гостиница на твердею звезду 2 или 3, но никак на 4 и так:
1. В номерах пахнет куревом
2. Завтрак отвратительный все холодное
3. Постельное белье и очень устравшее, дырки, запах
4. Полотенце аналогично, сильно устали
5. Под шкафами и рядом очень грязно
6. Интернет на 5 и выше ловит с трудом
Даже если вас переселяют в другой номер, смотрите тоже

Отличное место расположение. Уютный номер. Завтрак приемлемый. Есть все что нужно на завтраке. Звукоизоляция конечно в номере не очень. Слышно разговоры из соседних номеров.

Были в июне 2023 , отель уставший, в номере все уставшее, диван весь в пятнах , Ковролин тоже весь в пятнах. Самое приличное в этом отеле холл где ресепшен. Завтрак очень скудный . В общем заплатили 6000 рублей .

Все что нужно знать о Монако в Астане, все безумно старое и грязное! Неужели нельзя купить новые комплекты постельного белья, заказать химчистку напольного покрытия. Заселяешься и потом понимаешь, что это явно не 4 звезды, а если вы претендуете на это, то соответствуйте!

Отель с отличным месторасположением и хорошими номерами. Однако есть мелкие признаки "усталости мебели и интерьера". И цены в ресторане и баре тоже не радуют.
