Great hotel and great location. Staff, specifically the reception desk is a little slow and isn’t quite very hospitable. We had a prepaid two day stay which we wanted to extend to a late checkout. Even though we offered to pay upfront they didn’t make any effort and kept it for conformation till last minute until it was unavailable. Sadly I booked another room of a different category right there in the lobby, don’t know what was the cause because if it was for a differential peanut amount of 30 GEL it’s actually very sad.

There is a wonderful restaurant on the terrace of this hotel, which has two types of dessert. And both of them are beautiful! So we got a lot of pleasure from them, and from the view of the city from the skyscraper!

Deep disappointment: missing cosmetics, deception, lack of basic items and a worn-out room. I expected impeccable service from a 5-star hotel in the heart of the city, but the reality turned out to be shockingly far from expectations. My stay left an extremely unpleasant aftertaste due to a series of serious problems: 1. Loss of expensive cosmetics and deception of staff:Due to forgetfulness, I left an expensive cosmetic palette and powder in the room (worth about 15,000 rubles). When I came to pick it up, they openly lied to me, first saying that they hadn't heard anything like that from the staff, and then that it had been "disassembled" during cleaning, found broken in the room, wrapped in a towel, or everything was on the floor, I still didn't understand. It's impossible to believe it. Due to the fact that I have a bad habit, I always clean up everything in my room, leave it carefully, and hang a towel. I have strong suspicions that the palette was simply stolen, and the administration is trying to cover its tracks. Instead of an apology, I saw a smirk at my outrage from the receptionist. A complete lack of honesty in such a situation is unacceptable for a premium hotel. This is the main reason for my indignation. Unfortunately, I will not hear the cherished apologies, but at least I will protect people from this place. 2. Lack of basic hygiene products and confusion in information:In a prestigious hotel, you expect to find basic things like toothbrushes. On the very first evening, at my request, the girl at the reception categorically stated that there were no brushes at all. The next day, after asking another employee again, I was told that the brushes were provided "on request." Why wasn't I informed about this right away? Why does one employee say that they are not available, and the other – that they are available on request? This is an elementary lack of professionalism and lack of internal communication. Such a small thing, but it vividly characterizes the level of organization. 3. Unsuitable first room: Initially, I was put in a room whose condition was simply terrifying for 5 stars: The shower cabin was literally falling apart:the fasteners were coming off, it was unsafe and unaesthetic. Dirty carpets: Stains and general appearance indicated extremely rare or poor-quality cleaning. The room smelled of dampness. There is also no place in the room to place your belongings. The overall feeling was like being in a badly worn three-star hotel rather than a premium establishment. Fortunately, the number was changed after my complaint (thanks to the girl who solved our problem). Bottom line: Instead of the promised luxurious experience, I got a tangle of problems: the loss of a valuable item followed by lies from the staff, the inability to get an elementary toothbrush without contradictory explanations. Such things are UNACCEPTABLE for an establishment of this class and price. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to those who value honesty, the safety of their belongings, the quality of the rooms and the predictably high level of service corresponding to 5 stars. My experience was extremely negative and expensive (literally, because of the loss of cosmetics).
