If there were no parts, why do you keep people waiting in vain and victimize them? The device used by my disabled brother is currently idle due to Monster's recklessness. Do not fall for the "Lifetime" promise, if your part breaks down the moment the legal period ends after 5 years, you will not find an addressee. I have started the Consumer Arbitration Committee process. I definitely do not recommend it.
