The Tulpar series device, which we paid high prices and bought as "Premium", became garbage by being told "there are no spare parts" only 5 years after the sale. When selling, they put the "Free Maintenance for Life" logo everywhere, but when the part breaks down, they say, "Your legal term was 5 years, it's over," and step aside. The process is a complete fiasco: first they delayed by saying, "the part is not in stock, wait." When they waited and asked, they said, "Your time has expired." If there were no parts, why do you keep people waiting in vain and victimize them? The device used by my disabled brother is currently idle due to Monster's recklessness. Do not fall for the "Lifetime" promise, if your part breaks down the moment the legal period ends after 5 years, you will not find an addressee. I have started the Consumer Arbitration Committee process. I definitely do not recommend it.

A great brand and a great service experience. I recommend it to everyone. The lifetime product warranty is excellent.
