Very strange and ambiguous feelings remained from the visit. However, later we were told that all hotels are like this in Astana, but I don't know.
Of the cons:
1) at an early check-in, they were put in an unmade room and if they immediately understood at the reception and sent to fix it, then the maid only rearranged the sheets and was very surprised at the question about clothes, pillows, towels and in general. Then they moved to another one when she went to swear.
2) the next morning I found a mouse on the table. I don't know which of us was more scared, I was sleepy and just stunned, but the tailed one began to run away and fell off the table and ran away, I didn't see him anymore. When I told the reception, I did not receive any kind of compensation or excuse, only an offer to relocate again.
3) This hotel is very common, as I understood from the locals, as there is karaoke and a good restaurant. Fri,Sat, Sun karaoke works until 4 a.m. (we found all these three nights, two banquets and it was impossible to sleep in the rooms closest to the restaurant), and on weekdays the same thing until 2, but irregularly.
Of the advantages:
1) friendly everyone,courteous staff
2) delicious breakfasts and you can order local food from the cook and whatever you want in general
3) Convenient location.

A very cozy hotel, with soft mattresses. It was a comfortable bed that was important to me!
The hotel has a hookah bar, restaurant, karaoke. Very convenient.
As a compliment, I was given a free late check-out, which is very valuable and pleasant.
The only drawback is that the hotel is closer to the end of the city ... but a taxi solves everything, you can get anywhere without problems. But it's quiet.

I settled the guests from October 11-16 and paid for 2 people 324,000 TNG.
After staying for a day, my guests from South Korea wanted to move out. For a reason:
1. The staff does not know English, I was a translator
2. Breakfasts without a buffet table (a couple of scrambled eggs and a couple of croutons, no fruits, no juices, etc. Although they write 4 stars
3. The smell in the room is smoky, although they say the rooms are for smoking guests
4. The staff is not friendly
5. There is no gym
Although they claim 4 stars, a maximum of 1.5 stars is my rating
When I asked to make a refund, the manager Amir refused to do it, due
to booking through hotels.com In the end, I lost 216,000 tng
...
Even after losing 216,000 tng, I still moved out,
because the most terrible hotel and staff that I have met.

I was lucky enough to be a guest and host of a friend's anniversary. Everything went great in this hotel complex. Downstairs in the restaurant they noted that they stayed the night in the suite room on the 4th floor. The room was super comfortable, 2-room, spacious. The dishes in the restaurant are excellent! We selected a 4* hotel and then this hotel came across, although it was almost on the outskirts of the city, but the center took 15-20 minutes, it suited us. At 4 ku pulls with a small stretch, everything seems to be fine, but not so. Upset breakfast was constantly cold although the last 2 in the morning we talked about how much we would go and still..... Do not take rooms on the second floor there is a restaurant and almost every evening music and drinking, which interferes with sleep. With water, too, there are constant problems, the coolers are empty. The owner of the hotel needs to be seriously engaged in the service and then turn from 4 into 2. And so if you stop by car, I recommend it.
