I took a chance and booked through the Yandex Travel app, without refund for 4,200 rubles. It was not easy to find the narrow streets, which are not separated. There is practically nowhere to park. The reception is normal at the entrance, it even smells nice. The room has 3 beds. It's dirty, everything is smoky, there is a dirty ashtray. Hot water is not detected. There is a feeling that the bed linen is not fresh. The room was stuffy, even though the window was open. It's noisy from the road under the window. I would have put up with the night, but the family refused to stay. They asked for a different number, but it didn't look any better. I had to give up and go to a normal hotel, the money couldn't even be partially refunded. This apartment is definitely not worth the money. The photos don't quite correspond to reality, I didn't take a picture myself, I wanted to forget this place as soon as possible.

Disadvantages: the renovation is not fresh, the cleaning quality of the apartments is poor, the linen and towels are poorly washed. There is no air conditioner. My opinion: if you need to spend the night economically, the price corresponds to the quality of the apartment.

Parking lot is for 1 car, and your boss is standing there. There is no receptionist. We went up to the room (2 floors, we moved the things ourselves) it was the wrong room 4. We went up to the floor. There is no air conditioning in the room. They put a ventilator on. The toilet light (this is very creative) is photocell. It is necessary to wave hands while washing and peeing. There is no light on the stairs. I need to use the phone light. The fire alarm went off for 10 minutes on the floor where we were in the morning, and a servant of Allah did not come. If you want to experience a different moment, try the hotel :)
