Good afternoon! I always choose this cinema. The location is convenient, the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, the seats are comfortable, everything is always clean and tidy, there have never been any problems with showing the movie itself, sound, etc. But unfortunately I ran into an unpleasant situation yesterday.: We went to the session on 12/22/25 at 21:20 in hall 2 of the classic "five nights with Freddy" and half the screen was illuminated on the left side (photo attached). Unfortunately, the entire viewing of the film was ruined, as it is a horror movie and most of the film was shot in dark scenes, because of this illumination nothing could be seen ( During the session, I came out with a request to fix the problem since the session was still paid for and it's really a shame, but unfortunately the problem was not sorted out and the whole movie was lit up. And I repeat, since it was a horror movie, the whole atmosphere was ruined (

The halls are modern and cozy, especially some of them. There are pillows and tables with cup holders... The sound and video are just super, totally immersive. And they try to select the appropriate repertoire - new and interesting. But the culture of some viewers with popcorn (and these are not even children) is something. It was like pigs were eating. This popcorn is scattered at the end of the session within a meter radius of the chairs, and in whole heaps. Respect to the staff who regularly cleans all this, because the cinema room is always clean before the session.

Therefore, I do not recommend the first row, as well as the last one (if only sitting). Also, while watching, it is very convenient to point your smartphone at the QR code on the table and order drinks directly to your seat. Payment is made immediately in the browser. The sound is voluminous and high-quality, not too loud, as happens in many cinemas. You can also buy gelatin, popcorn, drinks and other sweets at the entrance. Tastes are very diverse in everything, so everyone will find what they like. The cost will be quite modest, but in general, for two people, together with tickets, the landmark is 70 + rubles (popcorn + drinks + tickets). Near the halls, comfortable, um, well, let's call benches with pillows are built into the wall of a pentagonal shape. You can also relax and use this design as a photo zone for you and your companions. I was a little upset that half of the salted popcorn was cheesy (not a fan). Otherwise, it's comfortable and cozy. My rating is 9/10

Dear representatives of the cinema! If you have any problems with the project or staff, it may be worth canceling the ticket sale. Or at least warn the audience. On August 27, 2025, it was impossible to watch a movie in Hall 2. The screen was so dark that I had to look closely to see anything. It was like watching a movie on a smartphone screen with minimal brightness at night, and then something would be visible on the smartphone. I had a desire to get up and leave, if it wasn't for the company, I would have done so. P.S. It's not about the movie, it all started right away with an advertisement, as if it was shot with the lowest exposure, and then they turned on the viewing at the lowest brightness. There has never been such a thing in any cinema, including yours! It would be 0 stars, but 2 stars still for the friendly staff, cleanliness, and good furniture.

Overall, the cinema is cool, but there are "buts". 1. No one cleans the halls between sessions, all the garbage is lying under your feet and on the sofas. I had to shake it out to sit down in my place. 2. The food that can be ordered in the hall is simply disgusting! The potatoes are half-cooked, the nuggets are made from canned baby food, and the cheese sticks make you vomit. A piece of Napoleon cake for 11 rubles (!) had some kind of inedible stick in it! And all this for a lot of money, just huge!!! On the food court, you could order twice as cheap and at least edible. 3. The waste container at the exit was overflowing and we had to put the garbage nearby. 4. It's like you're paying for comfort and service, but that's not really the case. And it's not cheap at all.

Today, my family and I visited this cinema for the first time and I think it will be the last!!! Dirty , uncluttered hall !!! It seemed that the cinema staff did not clean between sessions. Our sofa seats were completely covered with popcorn...He was everywhere, on the shelves, under the pillows and on the floor. Dear administration, people visit the cinema to enjoy watching the movie, rather than cleaning the seats!!! It's comfortable to sit (but the sofas have already been sitting a little, to be honest). There are ottomans for visitors of such sofas (someone uses them as a table, someone to put their feet on them). I think the second option is not very popular with those who are sitting in front of you, but who paid for what, as they say. At the entrance to the cinema halls, you can buy popcorn, cola, smoothies. In general, my wife and I like a good atmospheric place).

When we entered the hall, we turned on a flashlight on our phone to sit comfortably, as they say, put the purchased goods on the table, and what we see is dirty booths, hair hanging on the couch, stained glass, it's bad that I didn't take a picture ((( Secondly, it was my own fault, I made a mistake when they bought goods at the bar, I didn't look at the receipt, took it with me, put it on the table and only after the end of the film decided to check, I was horrified: we took two beers and champagne, the price tag under the champagne was 17.00 buns. I really like this movie theater. But today we were at the children's gym on Cheburashka. When buying tickets, it was indicated that children can make noise and have fun after the session. We chose the 5th row, having no idea that there was a slide for skiing, as it was not written anywhere about it. Guess what it's called. As a result, sitting on the fifth row, where this slide began, we watched the children flickering before our eyes for a whole session. In addition, many people stood in front of us and did not move after the remarks, although they blocked our view. At the end of the movie, they started yelling like that. If parents cannot take measures to make it comfortable for strangers to watch a movie, then the cinema staff should do it. Especially considering that it is written in the rules. We pay a lot of money for a comfortable movie viewing, and as a result, we miss half the movie because of other people's children.

In general, the cinema is nothing, but I went to lilo and Stitch, the only screening of the film in the children's hall. And it was the WORST MOVIE VIEWING of my life, even though the movie itself is really worthwhile. I was ready for the kids to laugh and watch, but in fact the whole movie was some kind of orgy, they were screaming, running, playing catch-up in the CINEMA. I couldn't watch the movie properly, the parents don't follow the children, and the staff doesn't really care either. If you somehow want to watch a cartoon or a movie that you are going to, then I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND going to the children's gym. It makes no sense to rely on parents and parenting, so you will sit and think about how to calm rabid children. Film 10, Hall 1
