We would like to express our deep gratitude to the MoreLeto travel agency in Donetsk (10 Pushkin Blvd.) and our tour operator Ekaterina for the impeccable organization of the holiday! From December 30, 2025 to January 3, 2026, my friend and I had a rest at the Ai-Petri sanatorium. It was a real fairy tale! The work of a travel agency: We contacted MoreLeto by phone at 10 Pushkin Boulevard in Donetsk. We were guided by tour operator Ekaterina. I would like to mention her professionalism and attentiveness. She: - I took over all the stages of the tour design. - She gave a useful recommendation on choosing a carrier, which helped a lot on the road. The agency's work was clear, without glitches or unclear moments. The rest exceeded all expectations! Vacation impressions: Accommodation: The Comfort room was excellent, clean, cozy and fully matched the description. Food: The buffet was full of variety. It is especially pleasant that there were festive dishes and drinks on New Year's Eve. The territory and atmosphere: The Ai-Petri Sanatorium looked amazing in the festive illumination! It created a unique fairy-tale atmosphere, ideal for celebrating the New Year. Result: We were absolutely delighted! Thanks to MoreLeto and personally to Ekaterina for the impeccable organization and a calm, confident vacation where you didn't have to worry about anything. We definitely recommend this agency and we will be happy to come back to you to plan our next summer trip! Do I recommend this agency? Yes, absolutely.

In my opinion, the best travel agency in the city! I am very glad that we turned to them. All wishes have been taken into account, and the best possible option has been chosen. When choosing a tour, Ekaterina took into account even the connections of the train and the plane as much as possible. Since it was my first trip abroad and an airplane flight, it was a little scary. But after receiving detailed instructions and the best seats on the plane (Ekaterina helped), everything went perfectly! A wonderful hotel, a room with an amazing view, congratulations from the hotel on the anniversary!
