There were 3 consultants at the fitting: one, apparently, the main one, her friend and another girl who helped me lace dresses. I'll start with the appearance of the consultants: I haven't seen this yet! The first two girls were dressed in incomprehensible untidy clothes (some dirty sweatpants), with a dirty head and smeared makeup - a completely unacceptable look, in my opinion, for a client meeting. Only one girl looked appropriate-a white blouse, black trousers and neatly tied hair. I would like to say separately about the professional qualities of all the same girls. They sat through the whole fitting without taking their eyes off their phones and, judging by the sound, they WERE WATCHING TIKTOK! That's the level of customer service! The girls periodically laughed loudly and answered my questions about dresses in monosyllables, quite reluctantly. When I asked her to tell me the cost of the dresses right away, the "main one" said that she would write to me later, because otherwise she would have to get up and go for the catalog now! Also, when there was no dress available that I wanted to try on, no one thought to offer me something similar. The girl said, "well, you've already taken one similar one for a fitting, why will I give you more?" The dresses themselves are Chinese, sewn on the knee. Yes, the designs are beautiful, but on closer inspection, crooked seams, skewed fabric and cheap materials are visible

There were two consultants at the fitting, one main and one assistant. We came with my mother. We tried to start a dialogue with consultants several times, but I didn't see any desire. The faces are unhappy, no inclusion in the sale was visible. During the hour of fitting, no coffee or water was offered. The dresses were given the same type, even after I said that this type did not suit me. I felt uncomfortable about all this.
