This betrays the whole point of organizing and observing the rules of doing business in the country! So, a trip to Kirillovka (there were 4 of us): when registering and paying for services (payment immediately) from the operator / manager of the company "Maurice", a list of incoming mandatory conditions for us was announced (I emphasize for the cost that they announced - 180 UAH one way): an air-conditioned bus, departure and collection of passengers at the place of residence at 5.15-5.45, calling people asking where to pick up from will be carried out in the time interval from 17.00-21.00. Return departure at 13.00 In fact: 1. One of us didn't even get a call, three of us were dialed after 22.00, they took many people away from home, saying: "Is it difficult for you to come to the center?". 2. We started gathering people from 6.30-6.40. We left the Dnieper at 7.30. You can imagine in what heat and with what congested traffic jams we were driving. 3. Upon entering the bus, the driver announced to us that the air conditioner was NOT WORKING. When asked what we paid for a trip with air conditioning, the agency garnished these services, the driver replied in a boorish form: "You never know what they guaranteed you there, it doesn't work and that's it!" 4. The driver still deserves special attention! The driver allowed him to mockingly answer all the passengers' questions about the case, i.e. regarding unjustified services. He also announced that no one had given him money personally, so there was nothing to ask him. 5. When the day of departure came: they called, said they would pick us up at 14.00 on the road. They were picked up at 15.00. All this time we were standing on the road, just in fear that if we went into the shade, we wouldn't even catch the bus. 6. There was also no air conditioner on the way back (although maybe there was, they just didn't turn it on)Although we were told twice-we will go to the highway and it will be turned on! 60 people were simply deceived in the eyes without fear that such deception could be punished.
