The parking lot on the lower level (R2) stank of cat feces, cats were running around next to the trash cans. There's a construction site around. We sat down in Anna's restaurant on the open veranda: there is a construction site under the windows, the peeling facade of the shopping center above our heads. It feels like we are in the 00s. Parking for the first two hours is 5 dirhams.

So-so shopping malls, in Russia any shopping mall of similar size with branded stores is much better. There is a very small selection, basic brands, and a very large department store. It is more expensive at sales than in Moscow. Tiles in the passageways are chipped off in places.
