It is a busy train station. Pretty modern for the Russian federation. It is nice that the staff are helpful but the shops staff aren’t always polite which surprised us. There coffee shops and souvenirs stalls.

A proper train station, clean, safe and well maintained. Service at ticket desks is excellent, at any time. And the location is superb.
