Parking is very cramped. The access control system partially reacts to car numbers. All the shops inside (1-4 floors) are low-level, very similar to Chinese products. The offices on the upper floors are in need of renovation. The floors are already outdated and creaking, the blinds are falling in pieces, the access system to the upper floors is too rigid- you can't get from the elevator to the offices. It's impossible to get into the BC administration at all.
