The business center is in a great location, but parking on the street is an eternal disaster. There is an underground parking lot, but the entrance is very narrow and steep, there are many columns. Not every driver will stop by. Escalators on the ground floor are constantly breaking down and therefore the elevator is overloaded. A very ill-conceived building.
