4 stars for the fact that for several years now they have been ignoring the appeal to them so that the escalator located on the 1st floor near the entrance from the corner of Abai Altynsarin does not work 2 lanes from the bottom from -1 floor up, but one strip down and the other up. I often come there in a Magnum, I need to get down quickly, so no! Because of the clever marketing moves of someone from the management, you have to go through the entire hall to the middle of the first floor to the elevator or to the end and only from there go down to minus 1 floor, and then return along minus one back to the end, where the Magnum is located. This creates a fuss that no one needs. This is also a violation in an emergency situation. The store is large, but there is no direct access from 1 to minus 1 and minus 2 from the entrance from the corner of Abai, Altynsarin. A lot of visitors wrote about this, but in my opinion, no one cares, The cancer won't sag, the guy won't cross himself? What are you waiting for, you will answer, especially after this publication, if something happens and people get hurt because of your clever moves.
