I came straight to your Motorcycle Arena in Melezha, because I've been following you in Insta for a long time, since the days of the rental. There was trust in you, also because of the reviews of technology on YouTube. But then I was immediately surprised at how lame your work with clients and the competence of your managers are... There were about 3-4 employees in the salon, I contacted and asked for my advice, the managers began to look at each other and argue among themselves who was more free). The guys immediately pushed their work to the girl who sits at the right table. I asked her to tell me which models are available for purchase that have EPSM, for further registration with Technical Supervision. I did not hear a clear answer, and the argument is why you should overpay, because you will still drive in the forest and there is no traffic police there))) They didn't tell me anything about the technical characteristics, pros and cons of the models either, but just printed out on a piece of paper information about how many HP, weight, cubic capacity, etc. In short, simple numbers that don't mean anything to me. As a result, I left with a slight residue of misunderstanding about what I came for in the first place, because I could have seen it all on the site anyway. The next day I went to another salon and bought everything I needed. Of course, they know how to work with clients there))) Heaven and earth... registered, waiting for numbers and equipment)

We purchased a Progasi Super Max 250 RR motorcycle in this store in early October , and when asked to sell the motorcycle in a box , they refused , arguing that they only had the ones assembled in the store . They took it from the store , and when they sold it, they didn't give me a manual or a service book , just a contract. Since we were not residents of Minsk, we had to come separately for the service book, and the manual (motorcycle maintenance manual) was never returned. With zero maintenance, a torn air filter was found, which the master who produced IT immediately notified . When contacting the store with a request to solve the problem of a torn filter , they said that it could only be torn if it was removed incorrectly , and not during installation , and offered to buy a new one from them . Although, according to them, their collector did not look there and at least they cannot claim that the filter was intact. I recommend avoiding this store.
