The worst store I've seen is, first of all, they close earlier than they should. I come to 4. The store is open until 5, it's written on the door, but they don't serve anyone anymore. No one came in, and a minute later the saleswoman came out, eating. I think it's okay to have lunch with them. I want to order a spare part, but it literally knows nothing. It's like the first day is working. I wanted to take a picture of the helmet and send it to a friend, but they don't allow me to take pictures of anything :). I'm thinking of going to Rospotrebnadzor because you can't forbid taking pictures and expelling customers (their son also sent me to 3 letters).
