We stayed at this hotel for five days. The hotel is new, with a fashionable renovation. There is practically no cleaning in the room, except that they make the beds, I left 100 HK dollars each - it had no effect. Once I even had to ask for water, the cleaner forgot to put it on. In general, the staff is extremely unfriendly, they will forget about helping with things and other charms! On the last day of our stay, the eldest son poisoned himself with something at breakfast at the hotel and became ill in the room, the child did not have time to run to the toilet and vomited on the carpet and blanket. My wife and I cleaned up as best we could. At 4 p.m., when we were waiting in the lobby for the car to the airport, the excited guest services manager Darren Au ran up to us and began to tell us in raised tones and in a rude manner that we had badly ruined the room and owed him 3,000 Hong Kong dollars for it. He did not respond to the request to calm down and communicate normally. Then, for some reason, the amount from turned into 1,500 Hong Kong dollars. They didn't show us any prices for damage, apparently they took the amounts out of their heads, they took advantage of the fact that a car was waiting for us and there was no time to figure it out. No one from the hotel even asked about his son's well-being. How's that? In general, if you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not stay at this hotel. It is a pity that our beloved grid does not control the quality of its staff.

Conveniently located, clean, good breakfasts. Relatively inexpensive (for Hong Kong).
