We were forced to enter this hotel by transit between the airport and Chang Island. I liked the location of the hotel, near the beach, cafes, shops, exchangers. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. At the entrance to the hotel, the interior does not seem to be bad, but the renovation of the rooms and corridors on residential floors leaves much to be desired: cracked walls, old furniture, broken doors, dirty old carpet, air conditioning with pieces of mold and unpleasant yellow linen. It feels like there haven't been any updates here for many years. It's squeamish to be in the room. There is no sense of cleaning at all: the furniture is stained, and mosquitoes with blood on the doors and walls, crushed by someone before our arrival...It's very dirty. The breakfast was not good, and the dining room was also dirty and had an unpleasant smell. In addition, it is worth noting that there were many Indian tourists in the hotel, which created a certain atmosphere. As for the pool, it was excessively chlorinated - but perhaps it was for the best, given the general condition of the hotel. Except to drop the bags and run wherever you want, the hotel does not cause any desires)))) In general, if you do not enter the room at all, even at night, then you can. When contacting the reception, one response was given- unfortunately, the hotel cannot provide. She wrote an appeal to Odeon (a local tour operator). After that, the customer service manager wrote to us. I offered to change the hotel to Aiyara grand with an additional fee. We did not move anymore, because we had already spent half of the rest, the hotel is even further from the sea, reviews are 50/50.After her message, we were informed of the towels, but they were taken away the next day ( They also did not know that there were no balconies, there was no fresh information anywhere. There is nowhere to dry clothes, towels, swimsuits at all. Again, on the advice of the girl from the reception, I hung my swimsuit and shorts on the edge of the windowsill to dry - after which there were brown spots that do not wash off. The room was cleaned daily, while constantly forgetting the rags in the room, they could forget to put a towel for their feet. Upon check-in, there were dirty doors with brown spots.
