I was sending things from Belgrade to Moscow. I made a list of things while in constant contact with the manager. All questions were answered. The logistician was constantly in touch and reported on the movements. I talked only with the logistics coordinator and the manager, but I can say about these ladies that I was very pleased with the politeness and speed of responses. I delivered the cargo on January 29 and received it on March 11. I was very satisfied. This was my first experience of moving things from country to country, but it wasn't as scary as the reviews say. I chose moveHome not for the price, but for the amount of negativity in the reviews, the rest of the transport was much scarier. Here, the guys have generally solved the problems described in negative reviews. Well, as experience has shown, I did not lose the choice. The cargo was 81 kg. All the fragile items are intact, the guitar in a soft case wrapped in a bubble wrap was also delivered undamaged.
