I am very disappointed with this service. I signed up for 13:20, as a result, I was accepted only at 13:45, everyone was fed some kind of "a couple more minutes". I chose the Luxury car wash, for the 38 r crossover, well, as if the demand should be for work! When asked how long it would take to wash because I was with a small child, the answer was 30-40 minutes. as a result, 1 hour! The garbage was not thrown out of the cabin, the trunk was not vacuumed. As a result, the score is negative . The first and last time I was there.

The quality is absolutely terrible. The attitude of the cleaners and the administrator to work is below the baseboard.
I took the vip complex, which includes a body wash, floor mats, vacuum cleaner, plastic, glass.
The bodywork is a two-piece job. Water flowed out of the hatch,
of course no one opened it and did not wash it there. There are streaks on the windows from the outside
, no one washed near the frames. Door openings are dripping, door cards were not washed
at all. There are doubts about the wax, too, because when the wax is applied, it
is very noticeable by the pattern of water movement on the glass and body.
Here, either there was very little of it, or there was none at all.
The vacuum cleaner of the cabin per unit - only clearly noticeable grains of sand were sucked in and that's it.
And yes - it looks like they have a non-washing vacuum cleaner, a washing vacuum
cleaner does not vacuum so badly.
Plastic interior - per unit, there were enough places where dirt remained (in the area
of the legs).
The glass from the inside is more or less, although the characteristic spot directly in front
of the driver's eyes remains. Yes, as already mentioned in previous reviews, there is a characteristic smell of stale rags in the cabin after washing.
To be honest, 32 rubles for all this is just pure deception.
There is laziness and longing in the eyes of the administrator. After washing, the administrator should accept the job in a good way - but not here.It was my first and last time at this car wash. I do not recommend it to anyone!
I don't know how the founder of this car wash selects the staff, but there are
big problems with this.
But it seems they are satisfied with everything - look at the number of negative
reviews and everything will become clear.

I've been washing a Lexus here every two weeks for 4 years.
after the last wash, the windshield was badly washed from the inside.
three days after washing in sunny weather, it came out.
I arrived, asked to fix it and ... was gently sent by the receptionist because of the long time after washing.
I wrote to the owner through the book of complaints and suggestions and was also sent.

The disgusting quality of the work for this money (VIP complex). Interior cleaning - the vacuum cleaner was poorly cleaned, the plastic was generally forgotten to be cleaned, they did not even look into the trunk. The executive staff is not trained to work and does not know what to do and HOW, and the administrative staff (a disgruntled girl in a beautiful fur coat) seems to be able only to "reject" the client. After repeated treatment, the interior was vacuumed and not very well wiped with a simple wet cloth a couple of openings that I pointed out. Detergents are not used when cleaning the cabin - only a rag + water, this is not a VIP complex, but an ECONOMY complex. The result is expensive and NOT of HIGH QUALITY. DON'T COME HERE!!!!!
