When a flight is canceled, a huge question immediately arises: how can a person leave the city at all if there are practically no other carriers on this route? In today's situation, the passenger, for example, was offered a minibus only for tomorrow morning. This means that you urgently need to rent a room or a hotel room to spend the night in the city, cancel all your business, break plans and spend money on an overnight stay. All this is happening only because the Express company cannot properly regulate its schedule and adequately organize transportation. This service is unfair to people who go to work, to the doctor, or on personal business. Until the company starts observing the time and at least honestly informing passengers about cancellations, using their minibus becomes very risky and inconvenient. It is a pity that there are no other companies that transport to the city of Gomel.
