The worst office in the world, the operators learned how to communicate with gopnik in the entrance, apparently, I don't advise anyone, it's better to go to Gomel on the b3 passat than to order something through them, constant time shifts, and they don't care what you can't do, I used it once and realized that it was terrible. Their services are probably used only because there is no competition. The address should not be Malinina 1, but Malinina 9.

I've never seen a worse carrier than the constant postponement of trips. I've never traveled without postponement. I usually eat from Gomel to Mozyr, and a minibus has already been ordered from Mozyr to Lelchitsy. Everything is set up in time so that I won't be in Mozyr for a long time. A call at 7:25 to confirm the requests IS THIS NORMAL?? (Confirmation of the application at 10:00) they also make you feel guilty that you don't pick up the phone at 7:25 a.m. I'm STILL ASLEEP, I HAVE A TRIP AT 10:00 I have to do it, call me an hour before the trip. If you can't take people at the prescribed time in the app, make the frequency of trips less frequent. Why set a trip every half hour if you can't do that? Next time, if there is something like this, I will come specifically to Mozyr, take the complaint book and duplicate it all there.

Unfortunately, due to the lack of alternatives, we have to use the services of this carrier. Constant postponements of flights 30 minutes before departure. When trying to find out the reason for the postponement or consider choosing another time, rudeness on the part of the call center employees. In cases where time is not postponed, drivers are consistently late. I haven't been able to leave properly in the last couple of months.
