Unfortunately, instead of discussing the details and options, the master just got to work without asking any clarifying questions. The result was not at all what was planned. The haircut does not match either the shape or the style that was agreed upon. The feeling that the master just did what he sees fit, without taking into account the wishes of the client. It is a pity that there was no dialogue and no professional approach. The rating is 0 out of 10. I hope there will be more attention to customer requests in the future.
