I have no idea how the meat is cooked, but there is no usual counter here, there is only a grill, a microwave and a refrigerator with mayonnaise. I don't know what the owner thinks, but uncle, 2 versions of shawarma (with chicken or pork) and 666 more grandiose dishes at your level of "cuisine" are nonsense, buy some sauces and make 666 versions of shawarma, and don't microwave lamb quads for 50 rubles (shock). Let's try the shawarma now, if I don't add the 3rd star, it means game.
