Terrible service. We order from 8 pieces consistently at 12:00 on Fridays. Either the order did not load in their database, or the administrator did not correctly read the comment on the order (regarding administrators, this is a separate topic, it feels like they are recruited after the 6th grade without the slightest idea of work). They are delivered recently only after an hour of the specified time. Shawarma is not at all clear what. It's understaffed, improperly nested, cold (they cook, it feels like, 2 hours before delivery), then you order a large one, and they bring a small one. 1 star is a lot.

We came at 11 for a shawarma. The menu screens were turned off, the card payment terminal was also turned off, the order amount was 24 rubles, there was no change from 50 rubles. We placed an order and said that the wait would be 15 minutes. As a result, after 15 minutes they only started cooking. The price does not match the quality. The shawarma is relatively tasty. Dirty songs were played, and the shawarma was ready in 30 minutes. It's cold and poorly wrapped, and I'm attaching a photo.

We ordered 4 shawarma for delivery to the center of Zhodino. 45 minutes have passed. They asked if the delivery was coming soon, and replied that it was on its way and would be soon. Another 30 minutes passed. We're calling - on the way. It's been almost 2 hours since the order was placed. It is not known where our order is. I doubt very much that it's possible to drive an hour around the city.

Initially, there was a normal kebab. Then after a while they rolled off. The staff does not know how to communicate, they communicate with you as with a friend from the yard. The kebab itself has been terribly salty the last 3 times. I took everything, I thought they would improve, but no, this is some kind of horror, even after dried fish there is no such feeling and aftertaste in my mouth.
