Although the food here is good, the service here is terrible. If you're unlucky, you can ruin your mood for the whole day and go hungry.
We ordered fish, and an HOUR later, when we started asking where the order was, we were informed that there was no fish.
Both the receptionist and the waiters just shrugged, saying it happens, order something else. Naturally, they did not offer any compensation. When we did order something else (chicken), they decided to hurry up and brought it half-cooked, which you can't cut with a knife. The bill also counted half a portion of a basket of bread for a full portion. There are also no buttons and the waiters have to shout across the floor of the hall.
I don't recommend it.

Zerbulak recreation area is an entertainment center, a recreation area for Taraz residents and guests of our city. Everything is great, but the service wants to be better. Very interesting cuisine.Try the hot salad with crispy eggplant and of course khachapuri with cheese! A family cafe , but I didn 't see a playroom for children ... The staff is good , but there are clearly not enough waiters , I had to constantly wait .Parking is very small.located along the road .A cafe with several floors .There are separate booths and a main hall.

A very tasty eggplant salad, a delicious haagra dish, in principle, the cuisine is not bad. We need to work on the maintenance. Waiters walk around the hall with a toothpick in their mouth, they don't really know the menu.
