The architectural idea is impressive. To fit a hotel into the landscape like this is simply amazing!
The location is great! 10 steps and you are on a sandy beach. It is regularly cleaned, which was witnessed and it is very good that the hotel has its own equipment, so everything is done quickly.
The rooms are very spacious! And what I want to especially note is the sound insulation! So tired of cardboard pretty hotels where you can hear every sneeze of a neighbor. I got enough sleep here.
I read the reviews of some vacationers who write that everything is terrible! Nothing but bewilderment does not cause. Well, or it is clear that competitors are pouring mud. Let it remain on their conscience.
I will say for myself - a good hotel. For a holiday with children, that's the thing. And that's a minus for some, well, for example, "standing on the sidelines", so for me it was such a thrill to take a break from the hustle.

We stayed at this fabulous hotel in October this year. A beautiful place, the sea is 20 meters, the beach is sandy with small pebbles. We enjoyed nature, the warm sea and the silence. A vacation in October has its advantages.
The hotel has a cafe and a shop. The prices are affordable. The rooms are simple, everything you need is there. The rooms are cleaned regularly. The staff is friendly and friendly.
The place is very beautiful!The hotel is unusual - a castle that harmoniously fits into the local landscape! Probably, his mistress dreamed of becoming a princess since childhood and created such a fairy tale. Even the locals proudly said that the "Marble Castle" decorated the Monastic Gorge.
It takes 20 minutes to get to Pitsunda at a leisurely pace or 300 rubles by taxi.
There are disadvantages, of course. Garbage along the coast. Many hotels seem to collect it. The neighborhood of luxury and ruin is everywhere.
But the purest sea and the nature of Abkhazia cover everything with a vengeance.
By the way, we only met good locals.

We are resting (July 6-12, 2024). The hotel is wonderful, on the very shore of the purest sea. The dining room is top class! It's delicious and the portions are large. The beach is cleaned of debris with a rake every morning (5 am). I recommend it to everyone!

The beach is yes, a great sandy beach. The sunbeds are terrible, it's just more comfortable on the sand. There is no sensible parking.. 3 stars pulled for the nature around.. and the absence of staff at the reception desk almost around the clock.. clean up the beach, put things in order. And do not allow garbage to be collected right on the beach.. garbage bags should be stored in a separate place, not on the beach under the sun, and the sorters there are street dogs

My friend and I came to their supposedly beach to relax. I lay down on a chaise longue, and my friend went swimming. JEANNE appeared, who demanded that I abruptly pay for a chaise longue and a canopy. I said that everything was fine, my friend would come out of the sea and we would pay, because I left my bag in his car, and I had no right to rummage through his things, he would get everything himself when he came out of the sea. To which I received a bunch of obscenities and threats, then things were thrown to the ground from my friend's chaise longue, and they promised to beat me. 15 minutes, or even less, and we would have paid for everything, but this woman decided that she was super in charge and 15 minutes is a luxury for us beggars. At the same time, she stated that everyone in this hotel is like her, and it is useless to inform the binifiars of this business about this incident! The hotel management does not care about all the guests at all! There is dirt, bedbugs, and debauchery all around. You can get to the beach by going down the stairs. There is a sunshade on the beach itself, the roof is something like straw. С 10-го по 23- августа отдыхали семьёй , нам понравилось ВСЁ , расположение, пляж ( желание ребёнка ,,море у ног,,) . Номер на втором этаже 8-й , вид на море , территория озеленена, столовой пользовались периодически (обеды- ужины выезжали Пицунда-Гагра-Гудаута-Сухум). Встречала нас управляющая отелем Наталья , владеющая полностью ВСЕЙ обстановкой на побережье , жизнерадостный ,общительный ,добрый человек , находящийся постоянно на связи . Все возникший вопросы , решает грамотно и БЕЗ проблем. Нас курировала помощник управляющей Светлана ,,профессионал,, своего дела, общительная , улыбчивая ... в номере всегда чисто, своевременно уборка, смена белья, полотенца.... есть такое слово АККУРАТИСТКА !!! Нашей семье очень понравилось общение, отдых, молодцы, работает КОЛЛЕКТИВ слаженный и главное работоспособный .... уехали в отличном настроении , друзьям и коллегам могу посоветовать. ( отдыхающие из Вологды) Спасибо ...

В самом отеле не был, номера и обслуживание описать не могу. Снаружи очень эффектно смотрится, территория большая, красивая, ухоженная. Есть магазин, столовая для всех желающих. Свой песчаный пляж с лежаками, зонтами , навесами.
Мы зезжали оценить пляж, полежать на песочке. Так вот: пляж узкий и грязный – не впечатлил, сосны высоко на круче. Море, Да - море чистое и теплое.

Отдыхали в конце июля 2023 (9дней).Это отличное место !Еда в столовой не очень,но кафе которое рядом золотой песок отличный и кто до этого пишет что первое 500 р,это вы выбирали наверное местное блюдо запечённое с лепёшкой сверху.А куриный суп и борщ стоят-250р, причем очень вкусные и порция большая.По поводу уборки,не знаю за кем вы бегали,мы жили на 1 этаже, горничная каждый день предлагала уборку ,мы сами отказывались,а она уговаривала, давайте хоть протру,освежу, спасибо ей огромное.Пляжные полотенца меняли каждый день.Очень пожалели что уехали оттуда в Адлер,сняли квартиру за 13 тыс ,вот вас бы туда ,кто не доволен этим отелем в 2 раза дешевле,там жили наши спортсмены когда-то, шампуня ,геля нет висит разбавленное мыло,штора вся в плесени в душе ,пляж ужасный,камни,народу полно ,море глубокое. Спасибо за отдых,были у Вас первый раз, обязательно приедем ещё.

Отдыхали в этом отеле в июле- августа 2023г. Но кроме красивого вида самого отеля и песчаного пляжа нас ничего не порадовало! Территория грязная, не ухоженная. Здесь о жильцах особо не заботятся! Пока несколько раз настойчиво обратишься, тогда что то сделают, что требуешь!Администратор только разводит руками и уходит!Особо нас огорчила столовая отеля. Сотрудники столовой как « сонные мухи»! Что ни спросишь- отвечают нехотя! Утром чай, кофе ждали по 40-45 мин!!! Еда стоит на прилавках длительное время! Приходишь на обед, а блюда стоят так же, как стояли на завтрак! Хлеба, булки мы так и не дождались ( сейчас сменили место питания) Утром компот есть на завтрак, на обед нечего попить!!! Где заканчивается территория отеля начинается просто сельская , пыльная дорога. Если пройдёт дождь- грязюка. Ну это ничего.Прогуляться здесь негде. Где покушать: есть столовая ( случайно нашли) по адресу на фото. В два раза дешевле ( если в столовой отеля и в кафе золотой песок первое блюдо 500-600 руб. то в той столовой 150 руб ) Мы не в восторге от отеля! Единственное скрашивает - море рядом, только спуститься по ступенькам и песочек.Правда еще радует- лежаки и зонтики бесплатно! Сам пляж не убирают особо!

Хороший отель. Снаружи - замок. Внутри - так называемый неосовдеп ) то есть свежий ремонт, но современного дизайна нет. Кровати неудобные. Душ хороший, отличный напор воды )
Самое прекрасное - отель прямо на пляже. А пляж прекрасный! Как раз ради такого мы и едем к морю. Есть водные горки-батуты для детей.
В отеле есть столовая. Сначала показалось хорошая и недорогая. Но была ситуация: вечером с ужина уходили последние, на завтрак же пришли первые. Салаты и торты как стояли с вечера, так и стоят. Хз сколько простаивают некоторые блюда. Ребёнок утром поел там блины с творогом, потом заболел живот, к обеду вырвало, потом температура. Кроме него эти блины никто из нас не ел, поэтому грешу на них. Я сама доела за ним маленький кусочек, вкус не понравился, удивилась ещё тогда, как это он всё съел. Не хочется наговаривать на персонал отеля, возможно я не права, все были так внимательны к нам, но с едой аккуратнее.

In one room it was wonderful, and in the other it worked very badly. And in general, it's great. Its sandy beach and very close to the sea. There is a place to eat. The dining room is on the ground floor of the building and there is a great cafe nearby. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and dishes. In general, we are very satisfied. Отдыхали в этом отеле в 2021 году тремя семьями. Все до сих пор вспоминаем как страшный сон. Худшего отдыха и отеля у нас не было. Кроме красивого вида отеля со стороны, больше ничего! Жили на 3 этаже, воды не было почти 2 суток, ни помыться, ни в туалет сходить, на что администратор предложила нам взять ведра и воду для унитаза из моря носить (на 3 этаж!). Свет постоянно отключают. Неужели нельзя приобрести генератор?! В соседней Арабике с этим проблем не было, отключили свет они включили генератор и гости при электричестве и воде. Пляж жуткий, грязный. Постоянно обращались к хозяйке отеля, чтоб организовала его уборку. Выходишь из номера и у крыльца проходит пыльная дорога. Питание в столовой - отвратительное! Котлеты на завтрак, обед и ужин, которые стояли весь день на прилавке на радость мухам. Завтраков вообще не было. Рядом ничего нет, сходить некуда, до города пешком далеко. Не советуем этот отель, не тратьте зря деньги и свое драгоценное время!

За что такое отдыхающим. Цены в замке не маленькие, находится он на отшибе и рядом не так много столовых и каких то кафешек для семей. Но это просто беспредел, сотрудница на кассе за то что не смогла разменять деньги стала оскорблять меня Сволочью и Свиньей. Я обратилась
к администратуру, но она сказала, что очень много жалоб на столовую, но когда она начинает разбираться , то отдыхающие сами хамы и уволить она никого не может так как никого не найдет сюда. Какими беспредельно жадными нужно быть чтобы брать за номер от 7.5 тыс и за копейки видимо, что никто не идет, нанимать только таких хамок и покрывать свою жадность. А те в свою очередь добирают харчами, разбадяживают борщ так что и не поймешь что это, не говоря о компоте. Не советую к отдыху именно этот отель, сомневаюсь в чистоплотности администрации, все что рядом за этим исключением просто отличное.

Номера просторные, звукоизоляция хорошая, водоснабжение тоже. Столовая обычная -- и цены и ассортимент. Пляж песок. Море чистое. Шезлонги соседи занимали или с вечера или рано утром (некоторые под стол или для вещей). Мне, может, показалась высокая влажность в номере и запах (как после ремонта сразу, болела голова). От конечной остановки маршрутки, примерно 2 км до замка. Место тихое и спокойное для отдыха. Рядом пара магазинов, точки с фруктами и пляж.товарами, кафе.

Территория очень хорошая, правда иногда проблемы с коровами. Иногда приходят и мусор едят. В номерах убираются, прекрасная чистота. Пляж песчаный, море очень чистое. Думаю всё идеально, кроме питания. Питание в столовой честно говоря ужас. Вроде есть можно, но не прям вкусно-вкусно. И город сам по себе далеко, если приезжать, то только ради пляжа и моря.

Провела в этом чудесном месте замечательный отпуск.Очень красиво, Номера стандартные,все необходимое есть:вода -хороший напор,генератор на случай выключения электричества.Уборка номера на отлично,смена полотенец и белья каждые три дня.На общей террасе всегда чисто,несмотря на наши ночные посиделки с утра столы убраны,мусора нет.Вид шикарный,море чистое .Приятный и отзывчивый персонал.Сюда обязательно приеду снова.

Отдыхали на пляже песчаном, специально доехали из Гагры. Кажется это единственный не галечный пляж. Восторг ! Красивое место. Но в местную столовую лучше не ходить , ужасно невкусно и дорого .
