I called in advance, explained the problem, Talked about the price, everything was fine until I came and talked live, diagnostics is free only if the thing is being repaired, the person who sits at the entrance is the exact opposite of who you are talking to on the phone, they said they would call or write most likely day in, day out as a result, the next day I had to call myself, they said that the diagnosis was carried out, wait for the call, I did not wait for the call, I called again. And the price in the end, from the one that was announced to me on the phone, differs 3 times from the stated one and logically not in the direction of cheapness. Everything has been done so that people refuse to repair and that's it, the worst place

I paid 250 for prevention, which, as the master promised, would solve the problem, as a result, the problem returned a month later, just after prevention and cleaning, the cooler began to make noise for replacing which they shook another 150 rubles (only work), when replacing it they froze for a month, and I myself began to call them, at first they said they would also work in a couple of days, then a week later, as it turned out, my new cooler is not working, after I started to charge them myself and went into conflict, they promised to do it today and call, of course this did not happen, the next day I call them myself and as it turned out, the master has not yet reached the projector. Customer orientation is simply zero, in such cases it is customary to call the client and apologize for the delay and violation of the agreed deadline, but they do not care about the customers. When I first came there, they were almost covered with mats by some elderly man with his laptop, but I thought it was just a conflicted guy, it turned out it was their trademark quality). I do not recommend anyone to go there, choose any other service, save your nerves and money!

I found this company on the Internet and applied because it is not far from home. I was interested in installing Windows on a new laptop on the website, the price starts from 35 rubles. I arrived and left it, then the girl calls back and says that she forgot to tell me about the cost and it will be 200 rubles. It's just ridiculous to be honest..is it like they looked at the laptop and decided to cut down the money? I took the laptop and went to another place where I did everything I needed for 55p. I do not recommend this place
