I have always had a good opinion about this center, I was served by them for about 6 years, but today my son and I were literally 5 minutes late and we were not accepted, although I know earlier when we came at the appointed time and always waited for 15 or 30 minutes.

The service needs to be tightened up. They set it for one time, you arrive and wait for 30 minutes more. The receptionist is not customer-oriented.
