A very bad MRI scan. I was sent here for an MRI + MRCP before the operation with acute cholecystitis. As a result, in conclusion, they did not even describe the largest stone - 14.65mm! They wrote a conclusion about the duct, which can be read as you like - whether there is a stone, or not. The surgeon just swore at them in the morning, and I got hurt that I didn't go to another clinic. And I just saw that they had a record before everyone else and I didn't even think that it was possible to do an MRI so badly. As a result, I was additionally prescribed another ultrasound, the ultrasound specialist saw a large stone immediately. It's funny that this shop is called "Leader". Leadership is proved by the quality of work, and patients must decide this. In the meantime, this is the worst MRI I've seen in the CIS.
40,000 tenge down the drain and extra. expenses to do an ultrasound! In fact, you need to file a civil lawsuit and initiate an audit, because there is an inadequate quality of medical services.. In China (I got sick there), everything is described clearly on MRI, stones are visible on ultrasound, some interns work here.
If you have something serious, do not come here in any case! The prices are the same as everywhere else, and the quality of the work is not even a two-one, they did nothing, they only took the money.

I did an MRI of the knee joint. The conclusion was given without a doctor's signature. In conclusion, there are some general phrases. The attending physician at the clinic said that the conclusion was probably made by a student studying.
I do not recommend the Leader MRI Center unless you want to get a report copied from the Internet.

it doesn't matter through Choco or not, I will come here anyway, because the level of service and professionalism here is extremely high! and I am also glad that specialists are not soulless machines, as often happens with the medical sector, where, passing through a stream of different patients, the staff's sense of empathy degrades to zero. They always try to help and go to a meeting. I had a CT scan at 2.30 after going to the pulmonologist at 5, of course it is advisable to come to the pulmonologist with the CT results. although the standard time for taking a picture, disc and result is 4 hours, I was sent to a meeting and everything was ready in just 1 hour! thank you very much!

It seems to be a good place, we were filmed more than once, but once we were so tortured that we were disappointed. They came on an empty stomach by appointment, took it off, said it would be ready after lunch. We went to eat, just ordered food, they call from this center and tell us that we need to go back and finish something, because the doctor does not have enough data for interpretation. We are going back, upon arrival we are informed that we do not need to take anything off, the other doctor turned out to have enough data, I had to convince them to finish and get the result from the first doctor, we spent a lot of nerves and time. Without this case, I would have rated it 5 stars.

The service in this center leaves much to be desired: it was accepted with a slight delay; they could not give change for a long time during payment, and there was a problem with getting the results. The girl at the reception herself initially told us to wait for the results for half an hour, then 20 minutes later she said that we had to wait an hour and a half. When we arrived a couple of hours later, there were still no results. The girl at the reception (we don't know her name) was rude and couldn't give a clear answer. In general, the service leaves much to be desired. I came across this just the other day, on January 7th.

A disgusting experience. The task: to get CT scans today and quickly get a transcript - the status of hospitalization depended on it. In the middle of the day, we signed up at this center at 19:00, the operator informed us that the transcript would be ready the next day before 12:00. On the spot, it turns out that not before 12:00, but after 14:00 - which can be interpreted in any way. Theoretically, 20:00 is also after 14:00. Another day is also after 14:00. The person at the reception is unable to clarify the information and speak clearly. He hands me a business card so that I can get through and specify when the transcript will be ready. Once again: I am in the clinic, a representative of the clinic is in front of me and she shoves a business card at me so that I can clarify all the information by phone. And this is at a price per CT of 20k tenge. Of course they refused: We lost half a day, the clinic lost money. Blossom, Kazakhstan!
