I filled up my card with cash at an ATM at 6 Chernyakhovsky Ave., Vitebsk. The ATM took the money and issued what was impossible to perform the operation. As a result, I did not return the money and there is no money in the account. After calling the 24-hour technical support service 10 minutes later, they accepted my request and told me they would sort it out, waiting from 3 days. The question is, how can a person live if it was, for example, the last money? To eat air? I do not recommend this bank to cooperate, as even such minor issues cannot be resolved soon.
