It's terrible, 80% of the time I come to top up my card (once or twice a week), I always get stuck on a bill and it's not possible to top up my account!) If this problem is permanent, shouldn't you replace the device or somehow fix this eternal problem? It's been going on for at least half a year, if not more. I recommend doing something about it! If none of the people below can explain more specifically why they can't top up the card, then at least I will do it. I will also add that there is no other place nearby where you can replenish it like this, there are very few such mtb kiosks.
