On December 14, I stood in line for more than an hour for the simplest operation. This is simply not acceptable. As the staff explained, the department focuses on working with legal entities, and for individuals there is one employee, to whom there were 10 people before me. Therefore, I give the lowest possible rating. I hope the review will help the department to rectify the situation.
