An exchanger with employees who (the wind is blowing) will find some flaws in the banknotes when handing over 5 rubles out of 5 times -3 times so as not to accept!! BUT they could be understood IF the same banknotes were accepted in another branch of the same BANK!!!! Therefore, it is better to walk 5 minutes to another exchange place!!!!
