There is a handrail. Poor service for individuals with disabilities, especially for whom Work is not available. Refusal to accept documents confirming this, lying to the head office in Minsk, as well as failure to execute written instructions from the Head Office in Minsk.

There were several people in the queue, but we had to wait a very long time. Only one cash register and two specialists worked. No privacy whatsoever. Clients shared personal information while listening to each other.
